Is coworking cheaper than a serviced office?
Per person, usually yes for very small teams. Once you reach around six to eight people the maths often flips, because dedicated coworking desks are priced individually while a private suite is priced as a whole and becomes negotiable. We price both routes before you decide.
Can you have a private office inside a coworking building?
Yes. Most coworking operators also let private rooms inside the same building, which gives you a door that locks plus the shared amenities and community. It is often the best of both for teams of two to ten.
Which is better for a hybrid team?
If people are in one or two days a week, coworking memberships or a smaller suite with hot desking usually costs less than paying for a desk per employee. We size the suite around peak attendance, not headcount.
